9. Can I pay using a credit card?


Yes, you can. Just choose Credit Card for your payment method. The browser will automatically bring you to the credit card payment page.

10. I don't have a credit card, can I pay by cash?

Certainly! To proceed with bank transfer payment, simply select "Bank Transfer Payment" as your preferred payment method. You will then need to transfer the corresponding amount to our bank using the following details:

11. Can I request Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?


We regret to inform you that Cash On Delivery is not available. However, you have the option to personally collect the item you intend to purchase from our physical store.

12. I've purchased an item from Bin Nurdin but I want to return it. Can I do that?


It's ok to change your mind. We offer a 7-day full money-back guarantee, ensuring a refund equivalent to the total purchase amount.

Customers have the option to return the purchased product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after these 7 days.

All returned products will undergo inspection upon arrival. Refunds will be processed for products that meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.

Please note that The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to:
  • Requests are made after 7 calendar days from the receipt of the products due to a change of mind.
  • Any item that is not in its original packaging and lacks the original label.
  • Opening a sealed package or losing packaging materials.
  • Using the item.
  • Damaging the item for reasons not caused by our error.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed promptly within 30 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The refund amount will be the total purchase price of the product, not including any taxes and shipping fees paid during the initial purchase.

13. I bought the wrong size of apparel, can I change the size?

 

Customers have the option to exchange the purchased product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges after these 7 days.

All returned products will undergo inspection upon arrival. Exchange will be processed for products that meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.

Please note that exchange does not apply to:

Regrettably, we do not offer delivery through ordinary mail due to security concerns. While we understand that it may be more cost-effective, ordinary mail tends to have longer delivery times and lacks a tracking number for the parcels we send.
