9. How to remove item in my Shopping Cart?
First you have to go to the Shopping Cart. You can find the option on the upper right corner. To remove item, click on the DustBin icon next to Qty box. To remove all the items in the Shopping Cart, click on Empty Cart.

10. How to change item quantity in my Shopping Cart?
First you have to go to the Shopping Cart. You can find the option on the upper right corner. To change the item quantity, change the number in Qty box and then click the Process Checkout.

11. Can I pay using credit card?
Yes you can. Just choose MolPay for your payment method. The browser will automatically bring you to the credit card payment page.

12. I don't have a credit card, can I pay by cash?
Yes you can. Just choose Maybank2u-Bank Transfer Payment for your payment method. Then you have to bank in the amount to our bank. Below is Bin Nurdin bank details:

13. Can I request Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?
Unfortunately, we don't do Cash On Delivery. You may also pick-up the item you wish to buy at our physical store.

14. I've purchased an item from Bin Nurdin but I want to return it back. Can I do that?
Yes, sure. It's okay to change your mind. You may return back the purchased item within 7 days of purchased. Kindly contact Bin Nurdin admin to inform that you want to return the purchased item. Our admin will guide you on the procedures. Please make sure, the price tag is still there and the item is still in good order. You can return the item by courier or by hand. We will return back your money in the form of Cash Voucher, after we received the item. For more information of Returns Policy, please read our Terms and Condition

15. I bought the wrong size of apparel, can I change the size?
Yes you can. Normally we don't recommend customer to change their purchased item because the customer have to pay the delivery charges twice. To return the item, please contact Bin Nurdin admin to inform that you wanted to change the size. Our admin will guide you the procedures. You may send it to us by courier or by hand. We will send back your item with the correct size after we received the item in good order. For more information of Returns Policy, please read our Terms and Condition

16. What is estimate shipping cost? Why am I being charged for it?
Estimate shipping cost is a delivery charges. It might vary to different delivery address.

17. What is the courier service that Bin Nurdin using for delivery?
For parcel less than 4kg, we will be using Pos Laju Malaysia for courier service. It is safe and the cheapest courier service in town. Go to www.poslaju.com.my for more information. For item that is more than 4kg, we will use KTMD as their charges are more cheaper. You may choose your Shipping Method during the Checkout.

18. I think the delivery charge is way too expensive. Can I request for ordinary mail?
Unfotunately we don't provide delivery using ordinary mail due to security matter. Yes we know it is cheaper but ordinary mail will took longer time to arrived and it don't have a tracking number for the parcel we've send.

Yes you can. It is our pleasure. We have many customers from around the world. If you find that your country doesn't included in the shipping zone, please do contact our admin at admin@binnurdin.com. For international customers, we only accept credit card payment. Please choose MolPay or PayPal for your payment method.

21. Do Bin Nurdin provide delivery for international?
Yes we do. You can choose either you want to use Fast Mail courier or Registered Mail. Both are safe courier service by Pos Malaysia. Your parcel will have it unique tracking number. Like it name, Fast Mail is faster, delivery will took about 3-5 working days but it is more expensive. Registered Mail is more cheaper compared to Fast Mail but it will took longer time to arrived. Approximately about 9-10 working days. Our admin will advise you about the delivery charges through email.
