Bin Nurdin is a one-stop center where you can buy everything you need for Haji and Umrah requirements like Ihram clothes, Haji belts, etc. We also sell Islamic books, Islamic magazines, and Al-Quran. Furthermore, we also sell Muslim clothing like ladies' abayas, telekung, men's kandoora and jubah, hijab, and many more.

First, you have to go to the Your Cart. You can find the option in the upper right corner. To remove an item, just click the Dustbin icon.

First, you have to go to the Your Cart. You can find the option in the upper right corner. To change the item quantity, change the number in the quantity box by clicking the '-' or '+' button.

9. Can I pay using a credit card?


Yes, you can. Just choose Credit Card for your payment method. The browser will automatically bring you to the credit card payment page.

10. I don't have a credit card, can I pay by cash?


Yes, you can. Just choose Bank Transfer Payment for your payment method. Then you have to bank the amount to our bank. Below are Bin Nurdin's bank details:

11. Can I request Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?


Unfortunately, we don't do Cash On Delivery. You may also pick up the item you wish to buy at our physical store.

12. I've purchased an item from Bin Nurdin but I want to return it back. Can I do that?


Yes, sure. It's okay to change your mind. You may return back the purchased item within 7 days of purchase. Kindly contact Bin Nurdin's admin to inform them that you want to return the purchased item. Our admin will guide you on the procedures. Please make sure, the price tag is still there and the item is still in good order. You can return the item by courier or by hand. All refunded amounts will be banked into your bank account within 7 to 15 working days. For more information please read our Refund Policy

13. I bought the wrong size of apparel, can I change the size?


Yes, you can. Normally we don't recommend customer change their purchased item because the customer has to pay the delivery charges twice. To return the item, please contact Bin Nurdin's admin to inform them that you wanted to change the size. Our admin will guide you through the procedures. You may send it to us by courier or by hand. We will send back your item with the correct size after we received the item in good order. For more information please read our Refund Policy

14. What is the shipping cost? Why am I being charged for it?

Shipping cost is a delivery charge for your parcel. It is based on the weight and location of delivery.

All deliveries will be made by Ninjavan.

16. I think the delivery charge is way too expensive. Can I request ordinary mail?


Unfortunately, we don't provide delivery using ordinary mail due to security matters. Yes, we know it is cheaper but ordinary mail will take a longer time to arrive and it doesn't have a tracking number for the parcel we've sent.

Delivery charges will be auto-calculated during checkout. You may see the total charges for the delivery.

18. I'm an international customer, can I do online shopping at Bin Nurdin?

For the time being, we only accept orders within Malaysia and Singapore only. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
